Green Monday
Tozie pioneered the launch of Green Mondays in South Africa, an initiative promoting plant-based eating one day a week to improve sustainability and animal welfare.

While at Compassion in World Farming, Tozie helped launch the Meat Free Mondays campaign in South Africa.
World Animal Day
As the World Animal Day ambassador, Tozie led marches in 2014 and 2015 to hand over memoranda to South Africa's parliament addressing challenges facing animals in the country.

- Led the Animal Welfare Portfolio for the South African Veterinary Council (2016-2019)
- Championed the East Africa regional animal welfare baseline research with the African Union (AU) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE)
